1. Data controller

2. What data we process

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), organisation or school, organisation type, approximate number of families or students, and your message.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): pages visited, interactions such as button clicks, device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and an online identifier stored in a cookie.
  • Your cookie choice and language preference, stored only in your browser.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your contact message — taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Understanding how the website is used, to improve it — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules on cookies).
  • Remembering your cookie choice and language — necessary to provide the service you request.

4. Recipients and processors

  • Resend (email delivery service), which delivers contact form messages to us.
  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), only if you consent to analytics.
  • Our website hosting provider, which processes technical data needed to serve the site.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. International transfers

Resend and Google may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

  • Contact messages: 12 months from receipt, unless the correspondence becomes part of an ongoing contractual or legal relationship, in which case relevant records may be retained for the duration required for that relationship or applicable legal obligations.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise them, contact privacy@myschoolhub.gr or use our contact page.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 11523 Athens, www.dpa.gr) or the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.

8. Security and access controls

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Contact messages are not stored in a website database; they are delivered by email to a mailbox accessible only to authorised personnel. Service credentials are kept on the server and never exposed in the browser, and access to provider accounts is limited to those who need it.
